Garage Parking
In the Nelson Avenue Municipal Lot Level B directly across from the Police Station there are designated patron spots for the Field Library. When you enter the lot, make a left and at the end of the row on the right there are signs for 2 hour library patron parking.
Street Parking
Metered street parking is available alongside the library on Main St., US-6.
Directions
FROM THE EAST – Taconic or Routes 6, 35 & 202:
Take Route 6, 35, or 202 West into Peekskill; they eventually merge into Main Street. Follow all signs for 35 & 202, which change direction several times within the city. Continue West on Main Street until you reach Nelson Avenue—watch for library directional signs. The Library will be on the left, across from City Hall.
FROM THE SOUTH – Route 9 North:
Take Route 9 North to the Main Street exit (Route 6, 35 & 202 East). At the ramp, turn left onto Main Street. At the second traffic light, the Library will be on your right.
FROM THE NORTH – Route 9 South:
Take the Main St/NY-35/US-202/US-6 exit (first exit after the Annsville Circle). Turn left onto Main St/US-6 E/US-202 E/NY-35. At the second traffic light, the Library will be on your right.
Public Transportation:
Beeline buses #14, #15, #16, and #17 stop in front of the library plaza.
