Field of Mystery Book Group

Join the Field of Mystery Book Group for a lively discussion of our January selection, The Woman in the Library, by Sulari Gentill. Copies of the book will be available at the Circulation Desk.
The Woman in the Library is cleverly structured as a book being written about a group of people who meet by chance in the Reading Room of the Boston Public Library on the day a woman is murdered there. Each chapter contains a supposed chapter being written by the author, and then a reaction by email of another author who's friends with the original author, critiquing what's going on. The characters who meet in the Reading Room become friends and get entangled in each other's lives, but each one of them has secrets, and one of them might be a murderer.
Join us for discussion, coffee and refreshments in the Program Room!
