Field of Mystery Book Group

Join the Field of Mystery Book Group as we discuss our March selection, Mother-Daughter Murder Night, by Nina Simon.  Copies of the book are available at the Circulation Desk.

Lana, a high powered real estate magnate, finds herself stuck in a small town in northern California with her daughter, Beth, and her teenage granddaughter, Jack, as she recovers from cancer.  Once Jack is accused of murdering a person who had been on one of Jack's kayak tours, Lana finds a new purpose in life, and joins with her daughter to investigate the murder and prove Jack's innocence.  If Lana and Beth have to learn how to work together and trust each other along the way, that's a good thing.
