Join the Field of Mystery Book Group for a discussion of our April selection, A Most Agreeable Murder, by Julia Seales.  Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk.

Imagine a Jane Austen heroine who has a secret interest in true crime, which of course she has to hide, because it would be so improper for a young lady to profess.  Just when her beautiful sister is about to ensnare a rich young man for a husband at a ball, the young man is murdered, right in front of our protagonist!  What else can she do but investigate the crime, while attempting to preserve all the proprieties?
