Join the Field Notes Book Group for our discussion of our July selection, There There by Tommy Orange.  Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk.

There There is a prize winning novel about twelve urban Native American characters traveling to the Big Oakland Powwow, each with his or her own reasons for wanting to be there, and each with his or her own complicated relationship with their Native American heritage.

It should be an excellent discussion.  Refreshments will be available.
