Field Notes Book Group

Join the Field Notes Book Group for a lively discussion of our October selection, The Happy Couple, by Naoise Dolan.  Copies are available at the Circulation Desk.

The Happy Couple is a humorous novel, set in Dublin, about a wedding that may or may not happen, told from the point of view of the bride, the philandering groom, the maid of honor (the bride's suspicious sister), the best man (who still has a crush on the groom) and a wedding guest (a former lover of the groom's).  Will this relationship make it to the wedding, let alone the happy ever after?  Not sure.

It should be a fun discussion, and there will be coffee and refreshments provided.
