Gentle Movement Yoga Class

Join Barbara Burns Tuesdays for a fun class full of gentle movement, deep breathing, and relaxation.

Free for all.  No yoga experience needed.  Open to all ages.  Everyone is welcome. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a small blanket.
